Recent Developments

On 19 January 2022, Stephen Longley and Craig Crosbie of PwC were jointly appointed as voluntary administrators of Dixon Advisory & Superannuation Services Pty Limited (Subject to Deed of Company Arrangement) (DASS). Following this, on 8 April 2022, the Australian Securities & Investments Commission suspended the Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL) of DASS. As a result, DASS is no longer able to provide its clients with financial advice and/or services.

On 16 December 2022, creditors resolved that the Company execute a Deed of Company Arrangement (DOCA), which was executed on the same day. For any questions or inquiries regarding DASS, please refer to the contact details provided on our website.
