Ballet Classes
Our ballet program develops grace, coordination, and discipline through progressive training. Beginning with fundamental barre work and posture development, students advance to complex combinations and performance pieces. Certified instructors emphasize proper technique, body alignment, and musicality while preparing dancers for pointe work and advanced ballet training.
Hip-Hop Instruction
Contemporary hip-hop classes teach breaking, popping, and locking techniques while developing rhythm and stage presence. Instructors blend traditional elements with current trends, preparing students for performance opportunities. Age-specific curriculum ensures safe progression from basic moves to complex choreography suitable for music videos and competitions.
Acrobatics Training
Acro classes focus on flexibility, strength, and control through progressive tumbling skills. Students master cartwheels, walkovers, and round-offs while building core strength. Classes incorporate dance elements for seamless performance integration. Safe, structured environment with specialized mats and instructor spotting ensures proper technique development.
Contemporary Dance
Contemporary classes combine ballet foundations with expressive movement vocabulary. Emphasizing fluidity and emotional storytelling, the curriculum develops improvisation skills and choreographic creativity. Students explore floor work, release techniques, and partner exercises while preparing for competition and stage performances.
Zumba Fitness
Certified Zumba instructors lead energetic Latin-inspired fitness classes combining dance moves with cardiovascular exercise. Routines use interval training principles through alternating fast and slow rhythms. Classes welcome all fitness levels, focusing on enjoyment and calorie burning without technical dance experience requirements.
