Established in 2014 in Waco, Texas, our journey began with a shared vision to recreate the transformative coffee experience we'd once had. Our Roasting Process

To achieve this, we employ a meticulous roasting process, carefully selecting each bean to ensure the highest quality. We use a Diedrich IR-12 roaster, which features patented infrared burner technology, stainless cooling bins, and a custom color powder coating. This machine allows us to precisely control the roasting conditions, unlocking the full potential of each bean. Every coffee is roasted to order, guaranteeing freshness upon arrival.

Sample Roaster

Before committing to a large batch, we first test each coffee on our sample roaster. This process, which involves roasting and cupping a small sample of each green coffee, ensures that every coffee we offer meets our stringent quality standards. This attention to detail is crucial in selecting the finest coffees available.
