The Calello Family

Our story begins with the Calello family - Dennis, Konni, Frank, Ken, and Kris. Inspired by the breathtaking beauty of Southern Arizona, they left behind their separate lives to pursue a shared dream of opening a restaurant that celebrates quality food, local ingredients, and genuine connection.

Dennis & Konni: With extensive experience in finance and culinary arts respectively, this dynamic duo forms the leadership duo. Dennis' welcoming demeanor and financial expertise are counterbalanced by Konni's culinary prowess and warm hospitality.

Frank & Ken: Brothers with diverse culinary backgrounds, they bring creative energy and technical expertise to the kitchen. Frank focuses on crafting delicious lunch specials and a fusion of traditional and contemporary dishes, while Ken is known for his fresh and flavorful breakfast creations.

Kris: Joining the family as their first employee, Kris brings a wealth of experience, a sunny disposition, and an ability to tackle any challenge with a smile.
