Our story began when Gordon H. Lee, CPA launched his accounting practice as a sole proprietorship in 1987 and later incorporated his business into Database Corporation in 2000. Over the years, we have grown and expanded our services to include payroll and accounting services under the same roof through Payroll-Easy. Today, we continue to thrive, with a team that includes Kelsey Tang, CPA, and Charlie Chen, PH.D, among others.

Our leaders are dedicated professionals with extensive experience in providing accounting, auditing, and tax services to the Bay Area business community. Gordon Lee, CPA, has spent the past 30 years in this field, while Kelsey Tang, CPA, has over 25 years of experience. Charlie Chen, PH.D, brings a wealth of strategic business expertise to our team.

Our team of experts includes a Payroll Manager, Senior Accountant, Senior Accounting Assistant, Payroll Specialist, and Accounting Assistant, each with their own unique strengths and areas of specialization.
