Are you accepting new patients?
Yes, we welcome new patients. Paperwork can be completed in advance or during your visit. Please contact us at (408) 484-4929 to schedule.
What insurance plans do you accept?
We are in-network with Delta Dental Premier and PPO plans, and work with most major carriers including Metlife, Aetna, and Cigna. We do not accept HMO or government plans.
What payment options are available?
We accept cash, checks, major credit cards, Apple/Google/Samsung Pay, and FSA/HSA cards. Payment is required at time of service for self-pay patients.
