Her extensive tool belt includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), the Gottman Method of Couples Therapy, and the utilization of Positive Psychology concepts, Jungian, and Existential Therapy approaches.
