Located in a beautiful, mature Red Pine forest on the shore of Flagstaff Lake, Cathedral Pines Campground offers a tranquil and scenic atmosphere for campers of all ages. Our campground is situated 1,150 feet above sea level, providing a refreshing escape from the hustle and bustle of city life.

About Our Campground

Cathedral Pines Campground is owned and operated by the Stratton-Eustis Development Corporation on a non-profit basis, with the goal of providing a wonderful vacation experience for visitors to the area. Our facilities are designed to provide restful camping in the woods, with spacious sites spaced to ensure privacy. We cater especially to vacation campers with children, offering a private beach and a large playground for endless fun.

Our Services

We offer a range of amenities to make your camping experience unforgettable. Our 115 tent and trailer sites come with fireplaces and tables, and 98 of them have electrical and water hookups. You'll also have access to flush toilets, hot showers, laundry facilities, and a dumping station. Stay connected with our internet access, and enjoy the beautiful surroundings with our boat ramp, docking facility, and canoe and kayak rentals.

Pet Policy

We welcome pets to our campground, but please keep them under control and on a leash at all times. Clean up after them and refrain from leaving them unattended. Unfortunately, we cannot allow dogs on the beach, playground, or in any of our buildings due to sanitary reasons.
