Gypsum Underlayment
Our gypsum underlayment provides a smooth, durable base for all types of finished flooring. It delivers compressive strengths ranging from 2,500 to 3,500 psi, ensuring structural integrity and long-term performance. The product is installed using our proprietary continuous mixing system, which guarantees consistent quality and reduces material waste by up to 95%.
Radiant Heat
Our radiant heat underlayment encases hot water tubes or electric cables in crack-resistant, noncombustible gypsum. This thermal mass layer improves system responsiveness and comfort while resisting breakdown at temperatures up to 150F. Available in standard and green formulations, it supports LEED goals and is installed quickly using our specialized pumping equipment.
Acoustical Floors
Our acoustical floor solutions include sound mats and boards that reduce noise between floors. SRM-25 sound mat and SRB sound board boost IIC up to 13 points and STC up to seven points in wood and concrete floors. Our sound mats are low-profile rolls that install easily over gypsum underlayment. The SRM-25 mat increases IIC by up to 13 points and STC by up to seven points in wood-joist and concrete systems. Measuring 36 inches wide by 110 feet long, they cut with a utility knife and require minimal floor preparation.
Sound Boards
Our sound boards are rigid panels that provide excellent impact sound reduction between floors. The SRB sound board increases IIC by up to 13 points and STC by up to seven points in wood and concrete floor assemblies. Installed with our gypsum underlayment, they create a quiet, durable substrate for finished flooring.
