Berks Community Health Center (BCHC) is a federally qualified health center (FQHC) dedicated to providing accessible, high-quality healthcare to the diverse communities of southeastern Pennsylvania. We strive to empower our patients by offering comprehensive primary care, alongside specialized services in mental and behavioral health, dental care, and nutrition.
Primary Care
- Routine checkups and vaccinations for all ages
- Management of chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, and cholesterol
- Acute and urgent care for common illnesses and injuries
Behavioral Health
- Individual and group therapy for mental health and substance abuse
- Therapy for children and adolescents
