Are vaccinations required for boarding?
Dogs need Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella. Cats require Rabies and Distemper. Connecticut law mandates dog license documentation.
How are medical emergencies handled?
We contact your veterinarian immediately. If unavailable, we transport to a local clinic while keeping you informed throughout the process.
Can someone else pick up my pet?
Yes with prior authorization. We require the alternate person's name in our records for security verification.
What happens if I need to cancel?
25% cancellation fee applies for less than 24-hour notice. Full payment required for no-shows or late cancellations.
