Our Story

Jason and Ruby, both natives of their respective states, began their careers in the vacation rental industry by renovating their own vacation rentals in 2016. Jason, a realtor, and Ruby, a mortgage underwriter, brought their expertise and passion for hospitality to create Jason's Vacation Rentals. With a combined background in recruiting, sales, and construction, we have developed a deep understanding of what makes a vacation rental exceptional.

Rules and Policies

We take pride in our commitment to transparency and fairness. Our rules and policies are designed to ensure that both our guests and hosts have a positive and enjoyable experience. Some of the key policies that govern our bookings include:

• Cancellation Policies: We offer flexible cancellation policies, allowing guests to cancel or modify their bookings if unforeseen circumstances arise. However, we also have a minimum $150 cancellation fee in place to ensure that both parties are protected.
• Guest Registration: We require all registered guests to provide a valid government-issued ID and credit card information to ensure the security of our properties and guests.
• Tenant Rights: While our guests have limited tenant rights, we require that they vacate the property at the agreed-upon time and ensure that they do not cause any damage to the property.

Booking Fees and Security Deposit

We charge a $50 non-refundable management/administrative fee for all bookings. Guests booking directly through our website will be charged a $500 security deposit, which will be refunded in full within two weeks of the last date of the reservation if there are no security deposit claims.

Security and Parking

We take the security of our guests and properties seriously. We have implemented various security measures, including on-site security cameras and strict parking regulation protocols to ensure that all guests can enjoy their stay safely and comfortably.
