About Pennie Marchetti, MD
Pennie Marchetti, MD, is a board-certified family physician with over two decades of clinical experience. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Biochemistry from Case Western Reserve University and her Doctor of Medicine degree from Wright State University School of Medicine. She completed her residency in Family Medicine at Saint Joseph's Hospital Health Center and is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.
Our Philosophy: Direct Primary Care
Traditional healthcare systems often involve complex insurance plans with multiple tiers of coverage and deductibles. Direct Primary Care (DPC) offers a different approach. Instead of paying for each visit individually, you pay a monthly subscription fee that covers all your primary care needs. This allows us to establish a deeper, more personalized relationship with our patients and focus on their individual healthcare needs.

- Sports injuries prevention and care
- Annual physical exams and evaluations
- Sports, school, and scouting physicals
- Pre-operative evaluations
- Well-woman care and well-child care
- Chronic disease management
- Basic laboratory testing and screenings
- Removal of minor skin lesions and earwax
- Telemedicine consultations
- Health coaching and guidance
Additional Services and Benefits
- After-hours telephone access to the physician for urgent concerns
- Email access to the physician for non-urgent communication
- Same-day or next-day appointments when available
Note: Patients are responsible for the cost of any laboratory testing or specimen analysis that is sent to outside testing centers.
