Do I need to make a reservation?
Yes, reservations are required for all services. Unreserved pets may not be accommodated, especially during holidays and peak seasons.
What are vaccination requirements?
Dogs need DHPPV, Rabies, Bordetella, and Leptospirosis vaccines. Cats require FVRCP, Rabies, and FeLV testing. Proof must be provided before visits.
Can I tour the facility?
Yes, tours are available anytime during operating hours. We encourage visits to experience our luxury amenities firsthand.
Are dogs supervised at all times?
Yes, staff supervise all play areas 24/7. Our webcam system also allows real-time monitoring of your pet's activities.
What happens if my pet gets sick?
