Yoga Central

Yoga Central is a public yoga studio located within the property of the Renaissance Esmeralda Resort. We are dedicated to providing our students with a unique and personalized yoga experience that focuses on individual needs and goals. Our team of experienced instructors is passionate about teaching yoga and is committed to helping each student achieve their full potential. We strive to create a welcoming and inclusive environment where students can feel comfortable and supported as they explore their yoga practice.

Services

At Yoga Central, we offer a variety of services to help our students achieve their yoga goals. Our public classes are held on a beautiful lawn area, and we welcome students of all levels to join us for a dynamic and inspiring practice. We also offer private lessons for those who prefer a more personalized experience. These private lessons are perfect for bachelorette parties, pre and post wedding celebrations, and anytime you're looking to host a healthy and fun activity or receive a personalized practice tailored to your individual needs. We will even bring the mats!

In addition to our public and private classes, we also offer on-demand yoga classes through our online platform. These classes are perfect for students who want to practice on their own schedule and at their own pace. Our on-demand library includes a variety of classes for all levels, so you can find the perfect class to fit your needs.

Instructors

Our instructors are the heart of Yoga Central. They are passionate about teaching yoga and are dedicated to helping each student achieve their full potential. Our team includes experienced teachers from a variety of backgrounds and traditions, so you can find the perfect class to fit your needs and goals.

April, one of our instructors, is a self-proclaimed "movement junkie" who has been studying movement since the age of 4. She has a unique style of alignment-based yoga that incorporates creative and intelligent sequencing, so students are encouraged to challenge themselves in a safe environment. Autumn, another one of our instructors, is passionate about teaching mindfulness and self-expression through art. She currently teaches art in the Desert Sands Unified School District and embodies curiosity, patience, and acceptance of herself and others. Anthony, one of our male instructors, came to the practice of yoga as a way to find relief from chronic back pain. After several years of practice and study, he was inspired to share his knowledge with others.

Pre-registration Required

Please note that all students, public and hotel guests, are required to pre-register for all classes. This helps us ensure that we have enough space and instructors for everyone and allows us to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for all. You can pre-register for classes on our website or through our mobile app.
