Experience the Authentic Taste of India!
At Rajwadi Thali, we are passionate about serving authentic Indian Vegetarian Cuisine that brings people together. Our story began with Sanjay and Asha, who migrated to the United States in 2011 and were disappointed with the Indian Vegetarian dining experiences available. They craved the traditional Gujarati taste they were accustomed to and decided to open their own restaurant to provide this unique dining experience.
Our Vision
Our vision is to provide quality Indian Vegetarian Cuisine through the "THALI EXPERIENCE". We aim to combine an experience of the five senses - Sight, Smell, Sound, Touch, and Taste! A Thali is a healthy and balanced Vegetarian food plate of India, consisting of a round stainless steel plate with small round bowls "katoris" arranged around the rim of the Thali to serve food. In India, an entire meal is served at the same time, including Appetizers, Main Entree, Desserts, and Beverages. This system is called Thali.
