What are your rental income requirements?
We require gross household income of 3x the rent amount. Co-applicants can combine income, but at least one applicant must meet this threshold.
Do you accept pets?
We allow pets with breed restrictions. Studio: 1 pet; 1BR: 2 pets; 2+BR: 3 pets. Exotic animals and restricted breeds are prohibited.
How long does application processing take?
Applications take 4-5 business days to process when all required documents are submitted promptly.
Do you offer virtual property showings?
Yes, we provide 3D virtual tours for all listings and can schedule virtual walk-throughs with leasing agents.
What payment methods do you accept?
