What file formats do you accept for printing?
We require high-resolution PDFs with .125" bleed. For booklets, submit pages in sequential order, not spreads.
Can I request a proof before printing?
Yes, all new projects require a proof. We offer PDF or printed proofs, and local clients can review in person.
How long does printing take after proof approval?
Turnaround ranges from 3-10 business days depending on complexity. Simple jobs often start same-day or next business day.
What payment methods are available?
We accept cash, card, and check. First-time customers require advance payment, while repeat clients may use account billing.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations require written notice. If no work has started, there's no charge. For completed work, payment is required proportionate to progress.
Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?
Yes, we'll reprint projects free of charge if errors occur on our end. This excludes errors found after client approval of proofs.
