Our Story

NH Health Center emerged in 1991 as a beacon of hope for the underserved communities of Orange County. Founded by a group of dedicated Vietnamese professionals, our mission was and continues to be to provide accessible, high-quality healthcare to those who might otherwise struggle to access it. "Nhan Hoa, " which translates to "harmony among people, " embodies the heart of our work. Through unity and collective action, we strive to empower individuals and foster a healthier community.

Our vision is a community where everyone has the opportunity to achieve optimal health and well-being, regardless of their socioeconomic background, language, or other barriers. We believe healthcare is a fundamental right, and we are committed to providing comprehensive care that addresses the physical, emotional, and social needs of our patients.

Our Services

NH Health Center offers a diverse range of services to meet the diverse needs of our community. These include:

Primary Care: Routine check-ups, vaccinations, screenings, family planning, and preventative care.

Dentistry: Comprehensive dental care, including exams, cleanings, fillings, extractions, and more.

Optometry: Routine and specialized eye exams, eyewear/glasses, and contact lenses.

Behavioral Health: Psychiatric services, psychotherapy, and therapy for various mental health conditions.

Pharmacy: On-site prescription filling and delivery services.

Additional Services: Laboratory services, health education programs, translation assistance, and transportation support.

We offer services on a sliding fee scale, ensuring access to quality healthcare regardless of financial constraints. We also prioritize cultural competency and offer services in Vietnamese and other languages commonly spoken in our community.
