Our Vision

Wave Gymnastics fosters a welcoming and inclusive environment where individuals of all ages can discover and refine their athletic potential through the art of gymnastics. We believe in fostering physical growth, building confidence, and creating lasting memories.

Our Founders: Angie and Tina

Inspired by a shared passion for gymnastics, Angie and Tina founded Wave Gymnastics in 2017. With over 40 years of combined experience in the industry, they are dedicated to providing a safe and supportive environment where athletes can reach their full potential.

Our Services

Competitive Teams

• We offer competitive teams for levels 3 through 9, providing athletes with opportunities to compete at regional and national competitions.

Recreational Classes

• We offer a variety of recreational classes for girls and boys, ages 1-14, focusing on basic gymnastics skills, coordination, and fun.

Summer Camps & Clinics

• We host summer camps and clinics designed to enhance specific skills and provide intense training experiences.

Strength & Conditioning

• We provide individualized strength and conditioning programs to enhance performance and prevent injuries.
