Our Mission
At Jackson Child Care, our mission is to provide a nurturing and enriching environment for children aged three to twelve. We strive to create a sense of community and belonging among our young students, while providing a safe and engaging space for them to learn, grow, and thrive. Our goal is to support the development of the whole child - socially, emotionally, physically, and cognitively - and empower them to become confident, curious, and creative individuals.
Our Setting
As a state-licensed family day home, we offer a unique and personalized experience for each child. Our maximum enrollment capacity is 12 children, allowing us to provide individualized attention and care. Our program is designed to meet the diverse needs of children, and our experienced and qualified educators work closely with parents to ensure a smooth transition and uninterrupted learning.
Our Educators
Our team of educators is comprised of passionate and dedicated professionals who have extensive experience in early childhood education. Our owner and lead educator, Esther Howard, has extensive experience in childcare and has been involved with Jackson Child Care since 1991. Tasneem Anjum, another key member of our team, brings over ten years of experience in early childhood development and has a gift for connecting with children.
PROGRAMS
Our programs are designed to cater to the unique needs and developmental stages of children. We offer a range of programs, including traditional preschool, before and after school care, summer and spring camps, and backup child care for occasions when school is out.
