Our team leader, Bobby, brings over 30 years of experience in flooring installation, refinishing, and repair. Born, raised, and trained in Poland, Bobby learned his skills from premier tradespeople in Europe. His unique talents have earned him local renown, with high-profile contracts including the floors in the Lillian Goldman Library at Yale's Law School and Diana Ross' home. Since moving to Bellingham in 2005, Bobby has continued to bring his superstar quality service to numerous Whatcom County homes and businesses.

Bobby's passion for elite craftsmanship has been passed down to his family, who have been helping him with his business for the last 20 years. His son, Mike, has been installing and refinishing floors with him since 2005. Mike's skill and attention to detail have been impressing clients since he was just 10 years old. His relentless pursuit of honing his abilities has made him a stellar craftsman despite his youth.

Jesse, Bobby's oldest son, serves as the Project Manager, ensuring that each project is completed with the utmost precision and attention to detail. His passion is to stay up to date with the latest industry trends and the most innovative flooring solutions available. Jesse provides personalized service and exceptional craftsmanship every step of the way.

Paulina, Bobby's daughter, graduated from Western Washington University in 2011 with a degree in Business Administration and Management. While still in school, Paulina worked as the Head Administrator for Fairhaven Floors, managing day-to-day operations and providing exceptional customer service.
