Quirk, our founder and licensed psychologist with over 35 years of experience, to our newest team members, Amanda Peters and Tom Danner, our staff is committed to providing warm, respectful, and effective care.

Staff and Environment
The front desk staff were complimented for being very helpful and lovely to talk to. However, the waiting area and bathroom were described as dirty and unhygienic, with overflowing garbage cans and layers of dust.
Appointments and Communication
Several reviewers had issues with scheduling appointments, with long wait times, unreturned calls, and dismissive behavior from Dr. Quirk. One reviewer was even shown the door and dismissed during their first appointment. Additionally, there were issues with communication, with one reviewer not receiving a response to their message for a month and another being told that their message was never received despite having a screenshot of the conversation thread.
Therapy Experience
Some reviewers had negative experiences with Dr. Quirk, describing him as not fit to assist patients and stating that he didn't care about their needs. One reviewer felt that he was more interested in padding the insurance bill by ordering unnecessary tests. On the other hand, a few reviewers had positive experiences with other therapists, such as Jay, who was described as amazing and easy to talk to.
