*What You Need For Notarization*

To facilitate a successful and efficient notarization experience, please have the following on hand:

• Valid Identification: A valid driver's license, identification card, US passport, Mexican or Canadian driver's license issued by an authorized agency, US military identification card, or a foreign passport stamped by the Immigration and Naturalization Service. Inmate ID is also acceptable.

• If No Valid ID: If you are unable to provide valid identification, we require two individuals who are 18 years of age or older, possess valid identification, and are not beneficiaries of the document you wish to notarize. These individuals will provide an oath verifying your identity.

• Cooperative Signer: The signer must be able to understand the document being notarized and sign their full name legibly. If you or the signer have any difficulty signing, please contact us to discuss alternative options.

• Completed Document: Please ensure the document you wish to be notarized is fully filled out. If you require assistance in obtaining the necessary document, please refer to our document resources.
