Each stage includes 2,400 amps of power hookups and a 70x30 pocket door connecting Stage 2 and 3 for 30,000 sq. ft. of combined space. The stages are designed to meet industry standards for acoustics and flexibility.
Production Offices
The facility offers 25,000 sq. ft. of production office space divided into four suites with 39 private offices, three conference rooms, and bullpen areas. Amenities include desks, chairs, bookcases, laundry facilities, and a hair/makeup suite. Offices are equipped with 1GB WiFi and Ethernet for seamless connectivity.
Mill Space
A 16,000 sq. ft. flexible mill space serves as a woodshop, paint shop, or storage area with six 18-foot roll-up doors and climate control. The space accommodates semi-trailers up to 60 feet and includes bathrooms for crew convenience during construction or set design.
