At Baker's School of Gymnastics, our philosophy is centered around teaching children the fundamentals of gymnastics in a fun and safe environment. We believe in encouraging confidence and pride in every accomplishment, from recreational to competitive levels. Our programs cater to children of all ages, and we are proud to be a member of the USA Gymnastics Federation, ensuring a high level of safety and training standards.
Our History
Established in 1980 by sisters Lisa and Michelle, Baker's School of Gymnastics has a rich history of producing talented gymnasts. Over the years, we have remained committed to our founding ideals, producing multiple state and national champions. Today, we are proud to be teaching second generations of gymnasts and are also the home of Bishop Fenwick High School Gymnastics program since 1990.
Our Facilities
Our gym is located at 96 Swampscott Road, Unit 9B in Salem, MA. We have a spacious facility equipped with a 40 x 40 carpeted spring floor, numerous balance beams, uneven bars, vaulting area, tumble track, and drill centers. The gym is fully carpeted with matting and crash pads to ensure the safety of our gymnasts.
Classes and Schedules
We offer classes for children aged 5 to 6 and 7 and up, including recreational and intermediate levels. Each session runs for four weeks, and we encourage early registration as spots fill up quickly.
