Meet the Team

Alan and Lisa Wasden are a husband and wife team and are the co-owners and brokers of the corporation. Y.E. Wasden (Alan's dad) started the business in 1990 with Lisa and Alan assuming ownership of the business later. Alan is a lifetime resident of Jefferson County and has been involved in agriculture and land stewardship his entire life. He has a passion for the outdoors and is an avid hunter and fisherman. Lisa is also a lifelong resident of the area and has owned several commercial businesses and has a vast knowledge of the day-to-day operations of the office. She also specializes in the housing market and residential properties, providing expert service from the first look to the move-in.

Our team also includes two sons, Logan and Clayton, who reside in Jefferson County. Our customers are our best advertisement.
