Kaclik Builders, LLC was established in 1987 by Christopher Kaclik, a Pittsburgh native and son of an architect who developed a keen interest in building at a young age. Chris began his career in the construction industry by joining an electricians union in the city, which marked the beginning of his journey to teach himself every skill required to build a home. Starting with small renovation projects and gradually moving on to additions, he eventually started working with clients to construct fully custom homes from the ground up. Today, Kaclik Builders is renowned as one of the premier builders and developers in the Pittsburgh area. Our hands-on approach, which has been a part of our ethos since the beginning, ensures that every member of our team, including Chris, remains actively involved in every project. We pride ourselves on our down-to-earth approach to building while striving to ensure that our clients fully understand the building process. We are committed to building better, smarter, and more efficiently by leveraging advanced technology and products. Our relationships and projects are personal to us, and we strive to build a true partnership from start to finish. Meet the Team

Our team is the backbone of Kaclik Builders, and we take great pride in the work they do. Here are some of the key members of our team:

• Chris Kaclik: Owner & President. Chris is an easy-going but never-satisfied leader who is constantly pushing the limits to figure out new ways to make things possible for our customers.
• Jeff Smith: CFO & Project Manager. Jeff is not just a CFO who sits behind a desk. He spends 1-2 days a week on-site to assist the team and monitor quality, contracts, change orders, budgets, and schedules.
• Charlie Jones: Estimator & Project Manager. Charlie stays involved in every decision along the way and coordinates all the information from owners, suppliers, sub-contractors, and everyone else in between.
• Nancy Kaclik: In-house Real Estate Professional. Nancy has been a licensed Real Estate Agent since 1998 and has gained extensive experience working with buyers and sellers of land, residential homes, and commercial properties.
• Paula Rouda: CEO & COO. Paula is the glue that holds it all together. She understands the construction world inside and out and ensures that everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and productively.
• Jeff Bryant: Foreman. Jeff has been in the business for a long time and is known for his ability to run a clean jobsite, answer questions, make clients laugh, and deliver excellent results.

• Shane Kaclik: Engineer & Project Manager. Shane is a licensed Professional Engineer who oversees development-related tasks, such as finding land, engineering the utility lines, and working with townships, boroughs, and cities.
• The rest of the team: We could not do it without the hardworking individuals that work on our homes, and we thoroughly respect and hold them to the highest standard out there. Together, we'll keep building.
