With 37 years of experience, Darlene leads our design team. She graduated from Alfred State College with an Associates in Applied Science in Ornamental Horticulture and holds AIFD accreditation. Specializing in large-scale events, she brings technical expertise and artistic vision to every arrangement.
Erin
Designer
Erin has 19 years of floral design experience, joining Francesca's after working in Pennsylvania flower shops. Inspired by the Rose Parade since childhood, she brings creative passion to sympathy arrangements and custom designs. She resides in Warren, PA with her family.
