We are builders, developers, construction managers, and design builders who have been in the industry for over 60 years combined. Our expertise spans across various sectors including remodeling, additions, major multi-room remodels, interior and exterior renovations, as well as new single-family and multi-family design build. We also have extensive experience in pre-construction services and land development for single-family homes, for-sale multi-family homes, and apartments.

Our team is comprised of seasoned professionals who have dedicated their lives to the construction industry. Each member brings a unique set of skills and experiences that make them an integral part of our team.

Gale Pipkin

Gale is a founder and the senior partner of Legend Construction & Development. Born in Kingman, Kansas, he received his BS in Industrial Education from Kansas State College in 1974 and served as a combat engineer officer in the United States Marine Corps until 1977. He moved to Denver later that same year and has been a successful builder in the front range area ever since. His construction experience encompasses land development, commercial development, renovation, remodel, retail tenant finish, high-end custom homes, and multi-family developments.

Jeff Lindsay

Jeff is also a founder and partner of Legend Construction & Development. A Douglas County native, he is a seasoned veteran in the commercial and multi-family construction arena with 25 years of experience in design, construction, project and corporate construction management. He studied architecture at the College of Dupage, Glen Ellyn, Illinois. Jeff has a sterling reputation in the Colorado construction community and has held prestigious positions, including Vice President of Construction and Customer Care for Beazer Homes, Area Construction Manager for DR Horton, Trimark Series, Denver Division, President of Construction for Sovereign Homes of Colorado, and Project Manager for JPI Construction, Denver, Colorado.

Rob Daihl

Rob got started in the construction industry as a Land Surveyor as a summer job in High School. From there he earned a BS in Architectural Engineering from the University of Colorado and started working for Sovereign Homes of Colorado as an Assistant Superintendent on multi-family projects where he met both Jeff and Gale. Rob fell in love with modern architecture while he worked as a Project Manager for Sprocket Design Build based in Denver for four years. While at Sprocket he managed town home projects, mixed use condo / commercial projects as well as high-end single-family custom homes spanning from Hilltop, to the Highlands and Wash Park. Eventually, Rob reconnected with Jeff and Gale after they founded Legend Construction & Development and has focused on building Custom Homes with Legend.
