• Gary Jennison, Jr., President of the Corcoran Jennison Companies Management entities, oversees a portfolio of over 14,000 residential units and 500,000 square feet of commercial property.
• Ryan Bettez, Regional Property Manager, manages fifty-eight million dollars in revenue, nearly one hundred employees, and a yearly capital budget of over seven million dollars.
• Karen O'Rourke, Regional Property Manager, is responsible for 1,498 residential units for CJ Management Company in New England.
• Justin Holstrom, Regional Property Manager, manages twenty-nine million dollars in revenue and over four million dollars annually in capital improvements.
• Marie Morreale, Director of Compliance, is responsible for overseeing compliance for Corcoran Jennison Management with over 34 years of multi-family property management and compliance experience.
• Tim Pacheco, Director of Capital Planning, oversees major capital improvement projects in the CJ portfolio.
• Jay Doonan, Treasurer, manages the financial health of the Corcoran Jennison Companies.
• John Mostyn, Secretary & General Counsel, provides legal services in the areas of real estate permitting, contracts, leasing, financing, corporate governance, and employment law for the Corcoran Jennison Companies.
• Susan Delfeld, Director of Human Resources, manages and coordinates all HR functions for the Corcoran Jennison Companies.

CJ also owns and operates hotels, resorts, golf courses, and conference centers.
