Established in 1885 on the historic square in Gatesville, Coryell County Land & Abstract Company has been a cornerstone of the community for over a century. Since 1950, the Zeigler family has proudly carried the torch, guiding the company through generations and remaining dedicated to exemplary service.

In 1994, we expanded our reach by opening a second office in Copperas Cove, further solidifying our commitment to serving the needs of Coryell County residents. Our team's collective experience spans over 175 years, encompassing every facet of the title insurance and closing process.
