Our company was incorporated in 1987 by its founder and President, Dr. Phares A. Noel II. Our principle driver is to provide clients with the utmost intellectual talent that can be brought to bear on their most challenging problems. We pride ourselves in allowing our clients to focus on their core business by giving them a sense of confidence that their most complex projects will be delivered on time and under budget.
Our Services
We offer a wide range of services, including Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Architectural Services. Our Electrical Engineering Services include Conceptual and Preliminary Engineering, Engineering Design & Analysis, and Management Consulting. Our Mechanical Engineering Services include Asset Management Systems Specification and Procurement, Security System Design and Consulting, and I & C Systems Engineering. Our Architectural Services include Technical Training Development and Delivery.
