Our company was founded by Joaquim DaFonseca Jr, a restoration specialist, who has built a reputation for providing the finest painting and historic restoration contracting services in the region.

Joaquim DaFonseca Jr attended Roger Williams University's Historic Preservation Program and worked as a care specialist for one of the nation's most treasured historic sites, George Washington's Mount Vernon in Virginia. He assisted in the restoration efforts to the 500-acre estate and completed projects on the beloved house. His preservation efforts in Virginia, along with maintaining properties in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and New York, have given him the expertise to understand the unique needs of each property and client.
