Welcome to Courtyard Counseling Center, LLC, the largest and oldest private psychotherapy practice in Central Pennsylvania. Founded by Dr. Tony Butto in 1986, our center provides psychological services to clients across the region, including individuals, couples, and families. Our team of four therapists, with doctoral and master's degrees, offers a wide range of specialties to address various emotional and psychological difficulties. From PTSD and grief to depression, anxiety, and relationship issues, we provide counseling services for clients of all ages, from preschoolers to seniors.

Our therapists' specialties are designed to address a variety of concerns, including women's issues, adolescent issues, and couples' problems. We also provide counseling for those dealing with trauma, substance use, and legal difficulties. While we accept various insurance plans, private pay options are also available for those without insurance coverage. For those with insurance that is not accepted, we can provide the necessary paperwork to submit a claim to your insurance company.
