What property management services do you offer?
We provide full-service property management including marketing, tenant screening, lease administration, maintenance coordination, financial reporting, and eviction protection for residential and commercial properties.
Do you guarantee tenants placed in my property?
Yes, we guarantee tenants for the first 6 months. If they break their lease, we'll re-rent your property for free (excluding advertising costs) and offer pro-rated fees for early lease terminations.
How are security deposits handled?
Security deposits are returned within legal timeframes after move-out. Deductions are made for damages beyond normal wear and tear, with itemized documentation provided to both owners and residents.
How do you handle emergency maintenance requests?
We have team members on call 24/7, 365 days a year to address emergencies. Our licensed, insured vendors respond promptly to protect your property and resolve urgent issues.
