5. Whiplash Diagnosis and Treatment: Dr. Hoepfner has a Master's degree in Whiplash Diagnosis and Treatment from the San Diego Spinal Research Institute. We use this expertise to diagnose and treat whiplash injuries, helping patients recover from accidents and injuries.

6. IME/File Review Certification: Dr. Hoepfner is certified in IME/File Review, which allows him to provide expert opinions on chiropractic care and treatment for insurance companies and other organizations.

Meet Dr. Jeff Hoepfner

Dr. Jeff Hoepfner was born and raised in a small agricultural town in northeast Iowa called Sumner. After completing his undergraduate requirements at Vennard and Scott colleges, he attended the prestigious Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa, where Chiropractic was founded in 1895. In 1997, he moved to the Upper Ohio Valley to begin his Chiropractic career. He is the founder and owner of Ohio Valley Chiropractic in Bellaire, Ohio.

In 1998, he met and married Kelly Booth. They have three beautiful children: Riley, Joe, and Julie. Dr. Hoepfner is a member of the Ohio State Chiropractic Association and the Bellaire Chamber of Commerce.
