Pride Printing Takes Pride in all of Their Projects

Welcome to our practice, where we are dedicated to providing comprehensive special needs planning for individuals and their families. Our areas of expertise include guardianships, supplemental needs trusts, estate planning, and special education.

Guardianships

We provide guardianships for individuals over the age of 18 who lack the capacity to make sound medical, financial, and personal decisions. Our team understands the importance of ensuring that our clients receive the necessary support and guidance to make informed decisions that align with their best interests.

Supplemental Needs Trusts

Supplemental needs trusts are trusts established to enhance the quality of life for individuals with disabilities that will not jeopardize eligibility for means-tested government benefits such as Medicaid and Supplemental Security Income. Our team can help you create and manage a supplemental needs trust that ensures your loved one receives the necessary support while maintaining their eligibility for government benefits.

Estate Planning

Our practice specializes in the preparation of estate plans with a focus on planning for individuals with special needs. We understand the unique challenges that come with planning for individuals with disabilities and work closely with our clients to create an estate plan that meets their specific needs. Our goal is to provide peace of mind knowing that your loved ones will be taken care of according to your wishes.

Special Education

We are committed to securing an appropriate educational program and related services for students with disabilities pursuant to the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). Our team has extensive experience in navigating the complex special education system and can help you advocate for your child's rights to receive a free and appropriate public education.
