Insufficient Care and Services
Several reviewers have expressed concerns about the quality of care and services provided by Old Mill. Linda Dechant, who gave a rating of 3 stars, mentioned that the staff needed more training on basic care and that her mother's food was not cut up when she wasn't present. Mary Pierce, who gave a rating of 1 star, reported that her aunt's condition deteriorated due to poor nursing care and that the therapy staff were unable to make up for the inadequate staffing and lazy nursing staff.

He reported that staff took up to 40 minutes to respond to call lights, and that his grandmother was left in the bathroom for long periods of time.
