At 2Ten Coffee Roasters, we source our coffee beans from different countries during their season. This is because coffee, like any other agricultural culinary product, is at its best when it is in season. Once sourced, we start the "cupping" process, where we use the slurp and spit technique to ensure quality and consistency. We understand that at the end of the day, it only matters what you think, and we strive to provide you with the best possible flavor profile from each and every coffee we serve.
