Our Story

Randy Erwin, the owner and builder of Paradise Homes of Havasu, Inc., has a passion for building high-quality homes that exceed our customers' expectations. With a background in construction dating back to 1971, Randy has been building homes in the Tri-State Area since 1995. His son, Scott Erwin, is a CAD Draftsman and has been with the company since 2003, bringing a new level of technological expertise to the drafting and design process.
