Profiling

With the latest generation of nesting software, we focus on material utilization and edge quality to provide parts that meet or exceed customer requirements. Our expertise in profiling ensures accurate and efficient production of parts.

Forming

Our skilled craftsmen, combined with well-maintained equipment, enable us to handle a variety of complexities in forming. Our experienced team is dedicated to delivering high-quality parts that meet customer expectations.

Stamping

For parts with volumes or geometries that justify developing complex dies, SFI has a wide range of stamping presses, including machines up to 2000 tons. Our expertise in stamping ensures the production of high-quality parts.

Machining

Our list of machining capabilities is extensive, including large format 4-and-5 axis bridge mills up to 236 inches in length to multiple VMC's and HMC's. Our machining capabilities enable us to produce complex parts with precision and accuracy.

Welding

SFI maintains a trained staff of AWS certified welders. We understand that OEMs are migrating to full assembly operations and require completed parts that allow for this. Our welding capabilities meet the highest standards of quality.

Coating/Assemblies/Kits

SFI operates an in-house automated, 5-stage powder coat line. Our system allows reclaiming of various powder, enabling us to efficiently produce high-quality coated parts and assemblies.
