At Ballerobica, we are dedicated to bringing the strength, conditioning, and flexibility of ballet-based fitness to people of all ages and fitness levels. Our founder, Lisa Juliet, has a deep passion for dance and fitness. She began her classical ballet training at the age of four and continued all the way through college, where she minored in dance while pursuing her Bachelor's in Molecular Biology at UC Santa Barbara.

Our mission is to make ballet-based fitness accessible to everyone, regardless of their dance background or fitness level. We believe that fitness should be fun and motivating, and that's why we've designed our program to be done at your convenience, not a studio's.
