Our Story

Founded by James Fuqua, PrimeCare Nursing Services has been serving the communities of Northwest Georgia for many years. With a strong commitment to providing exceptional care, we pride ourselves on our dedicated and experienced care team. Our management team, many of whom have been with the company for over 20 years, demonstrate a profound dedication to serving our clients and furthering our mission.

One-on-One Care

At PrimeCare, we understand the importance of personalized care. We are committed to providing quality one-on-one care in the home, hospital, nursing home, or assisted living facility. Our care plans are specifically tailored to our clients' needs, ensuring they receive the right level of assistance and attention. Our services are available on a visit-by-visit basis or round-the-clock, seven days a week.

In-Home Services

Our in-home care services encompass a wide range of assistance designed to help our clients maintain their independence. These services include help with bills, grocery shopping, medication pickups, and monitoring, as well as housekeeping and encouraging physical activity. We believe that sometimes just a little assistance can make a big difference in helping our clients avoid a decline in health or independence.

Personal Care Services

We offer comprehensive personal care services, which include bathing, grooming, and dressing. These services are designed to help our clients maintain their dignity and self-esteem while receiving the care they need. Our Care Team is specially trained to provide compassionate and respectful care, ensuring that our clients feel comfortable and secure at all times.

Medical Assistance Services

Our medical assistance services are designed to help our clients manage their medications, medical appointments, and treatments effectively. We offer medication pickups, monitoring, and proper nutrition services, keeping our clients healthy and promoting longer lives. Our nurses and RPNs supervise all services, and are available for consulting or problem solving 24 hours a day.

Housekeeping Services

We understand that maintaining a clean and organized home can be challenging for some of our clients. Our housekeeping services are designed to help keep up their home environment, providing a safe and comfortable space. Our Care Team can help with light housekeeping tasks, ensuring that our clients' homes are tidy and well-maintained.
