TCBX Trucking and Services has a rich history in the transportation industry, dating back to 1907 when it began as Mueller Transfer. The company started by hauling freight from the railroad depot to its destinations in the Lakes Area. In 1948, Con and Margaret O'Brien purchased the company and continued the tradition of delivering freight throughout the area. In 1980, their two sons, Tim and Pat, joined the family business and the name was changed to TCBX (Twin Cities Brainerd Express).
TCBX has a long-standing history in the Brainerd Lakes Area and has since expanded its services to haul cargo all over Minnesota and nationwide. The company services the Twin Cities metro area and much of central Minnesota daily, with major points including Brainerd, Aitkin, Alexandria, Bemidji, Grand Rapids, Little Falls, Park Rapids, Wadena, Saint Cloud and all points in between. TCBX has also expanded its services to include Duluth, Virginia, Moose Lake, Cambridge, Fergus Falls, Detroit Lakes, Moorhead and Fargo, ND, with the help of its partners, TCBX can also move your freight anywhere in the United States and Canada.

In addition to LTL shipping, TCBX also offers TL (truckload) shipping services for truckloads from and to anywhere in the United States, Canada, and Mexico. The company also offers warehousing and distributing services with a 5500 square feet climate-controlled warehouse, distribution services available, and storage trailers for rent.
