Our team is dedicated to providing maintenance, repairs, and process optimization throughout the equipment life cycle.

Our team consists of experienced professionals with a deep understanding of the water and wastewater industry. From sales and engineering to field services and office management, each member brings a unique set of skills to ensure your project's success. Our team includes Jason Bivins, a registered professional engineer with over 25 years of experience in sales and engineering; George Young, a registered professional engineer with an MBA and over 25 years of sales and engineering experience; Brian Gatewood, a licensed water and wastewater operator with 26 years of experience in operations and management; and Billy Catlett, a field service expert with over 30 years of experience in water and wastewater.

Field Services

Our field service team is equipped to handle any issue related to pumps, valves, telemetry, electrical diagnostics, general repairs, and maintenance. Billy Catlett and Don Nagel are highly skilled in electrical and control fields, while Derek Nagel brings experience in electrical system installation. Andrew Kort manages our parts and service projects, ensuring that all needs are met efficiently. Susan Bivins oversees office management, providing accounting services and coordinating various company initiatives.
