Meet Tonya

Tonya J. Douglas, LMHC, NCC, CFMHE, CFBA, is the dedicated founder of Innovative Counseling. With more than 20 years of industry experience, Tonya has a deep understanding of the challenges her clients face and is committed to helping them find peace and happiness. She has received extensive training in mental health testing, hypnosis, behavior analysis, forensic evaluation, and expert testimony. Tonya is passionate about her work and is committed to helping each client achieve their unique goals.
