Our Story

At Vale Royal Barn, we are dedicated to providing an unforgettable experience for our couples. Our rustic, prairie-style wedding venue is nestled on 8 acres of pure, unspoiled land in the captivating city of Fenton, Michigan. With breathtaking views of the river and surrounding woods, our property offers a serene setting for your special day.

Our Venue

Our venue is conveniently located near the US 23 highway, but tucked away in stunning fields and verdant woods, providing a secret paradise for your big day. Our historic Dairy Barn is the perfect spot to transform your Pinterest boards into a reality. With a capacity of 160 guests, our unique and private estate becomes yours exclusively for three days, allowing you plenty of time to create your special day.

Our History

The Vale Royal Barn has a rich history dating back to the 1830s when it was built by one of Fenton's earliest pioneers, Frederick F. Riggs. The property has undergone several changes in ownership before being saved by the Boulton family, who graciously donated the barn to us. Today, we are thrilled to share this beloved barn with couples looking for a romantic and rustic setting for their special day.

Our Amenities

At Vale Royal Barn, we take pride in providing our couples with an unparalleled experience. Some of our included amenities include:

• 72 round tables, 8 ft. rectangle tables, and 6 ft. rectangle tables
• Natural wood x-back chairs
• Table linens and napkins
• Rustic benches for outdoor ceremonies and rustic arbors
• 4 ceremony locations: the woods, riverside dock, courtyard, and covered bridge
• The barn will be used for the ceremony in the event of inclement weather
• Indoor bathrooms
• Heaters and a/c units
• Bridal suite in the Inn for the bride and bridesmaids to get ready

Packages

We offer various packages to suit your needs and budget. Our packages include:

• One Day Rental: $10,000 (includes 1-day access to the estate and inn, ceremony rehearsal, and overnight stay at the inn)
• Two-Day Rental: $13,000 (includes 2-day access to the estate and inn, setup, ceremony rehearsal, and overnight stay at the inn)
• Sunday Rental: $8,000 (includes 1-day access to the estate and inn, ceremony rehearsal, and overnight stay at the inn)
