What are your holiday closure dates?
We close for major holidays including Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day. Specific closure periods are listed in our holiday schedule.
How do check-in/check-out hours work?
Monday-Saturday: 8:30-12:00am & 3:00-6:00pm. Sunday: 9:00-10:00am & 3:00-6:00pm. No holiday afternoon pickups.
What amenities are included in boarding?
Our luxury suites include Kuranda beds, fresh air access, calming music, and aromatherapy. We provide Fromm food or accommodate raw diets with proper notice.
Do you offer cat boarding services?
Currently we only provide boarding services for dogs. Our facilities and protocols are specifically designed for canine care.
