• Liza Fox Heath, President and Attorney: Liza has over 18 years of experience in the title industry and specializes in real estate law. She is a licensed attorney in both Tennessee and Georgia.
• James "Jeremy" Ames, Vice President and Attorney: Jeremy has been with First Title since 2005 and is a licensed attorney in both Tennessee and Georgia. He specializes in title searches and file updates.
• Wanda Beaty, Closing Agent and Escrow Officer: Wanda has been with First Title since 2000 and has over 11 years of prior experience in the title industry. She prepares closing packages and settlement statements for our clients.
• Patty Collins, Closing Agent and Processor: Patty has been with First Title since 2003 and is experienced in all aspects of the closing process.
